Bigg Boss Tamil 8 launched recently on Vijay TV which went on air on sunday with the new host Vijay Sethupathi instead of Kamal Haasan for the first season of the show. The program was broadcasted from 18:00 to 22:00, which allowed presenting the redesigned range of the participants and the program’s formats to the viewers.
In this season the show will have drawn out the 18 contestants who will have to stay in Bigg Boss house for 100 days or till they are eliminated. In a unique twist, the house will be split into two: known as the ‘bachelor house’ whereas the other is known as the ‘bachelorette house’, unlike the last season where there was ‘main house’ combinations with the ‘small house’.

Sunitha Gogoi
Sunitha is a dancer as well as an actress who participated in shows like Jodi Number One and Cooku with Comali in Vijay TV. She also acted in Siddu +2 and 3, which are starred by Dhanush.
Ravindar Chandrasekaran
Mr Ravinder is a renowned film director cum producer, a Libra Productions and acclaimed for Sutta Kadhai the movie of 2013. His participation is especially significant as he was arrested and put in prison for fraud of Rs 16 crore and was recently released on conditional bail. He came out openly to reconcile with his actress wife Mahalakshmi. Ravinder earlier won some fans after he lambasted Vanitha Vijayakumar during her stormy wedding with Peter Paul.
Deepak Dinakar
Deepak is currently an anchor well as an actor with television acting mostly in Tamil language. Thaman has acted in many serials to his credit including Anni, Rekkai Kattiya Manasu, Manaivi, Malargal, Selvi, Bhantham, Ketti Melam, Arasi & Thirumathi Selvam In additions he has been also portrayed Tamil in the serial ‘Thendral’ in Sun TV which is a prime slot. He also hosts television shows, most especially the Show Jodi Number One in Star Vijay and Dance Jodi Dance in Zee Tamil. At present, Deepak is acting in the soap Thamizhum Saraswathiyum in Tamil Star Vijay Serials channel..
Ananthi Iyappan

Sathya has been happily married to his wife, Ramya NSK, a former contestant on Bigg Boss Tamil 2, and the couple has a son.
